without any problem, but not easy to say since
it is a one-shot thing :-(

The script creates the envelope table to early.
You could try to use the 2_2-3_0.mysql script in sql/mysql directory found
in the dbmail.tar.gz
after "DROP PROCEDURE IF EXISTS dodropkeys;"
