From postfix's ADDRESS_REWRITING_README:
always_bcc (default: empty)
Optional address that receives a "blind carbon copy" of each
message that is received by the Postfix mail system.
NOTE: if mail to the BCC address bounces it will be returned
There's at least a couple ways to accomplish this, probably more:
1) Set up the production dbmail server to connect to a database server on the
test server. This will keep all the mail on the test server. Has anyone
tested two dbmail setups working with the same database yet? This in theory
