I believe that problem in dbmail-users has been fixed in CVS 2.0 branch,

However, there are still some fixes I want to
is in there but the
dbmail_aliases table is without any entry. Do you know what is the peoblem &
how to resolve it??

You can use your dbmail aliases table as your local recipient table.
For instance:
In main.cf:
