hmm- dbmail should really be able to cleanup itself
the errors mentioned in my previous mail leads to never go away until
someobody deletes the message displayed without subject - there should
be a switch for "dbmail-util" to cleanup and remove that messages
without dig through the database
the "incorrect string value" happens over time randomly and below also
some other errors due "dbmail-util" cleanup (dbmail 3.1.17)
