Which version of lensfun do you have ?
To make it work I'm downgrading lensfun to 0.3.2-4:
$ pacman -U
/var/cache/pacman/pkg/mingw-w64-x86_64-lensfun-0.3.2-4-any.pkg.tar.xz
You should be able to get this file from:

fwiw i think -Werror is a good idea in general (i think we take it out
for release tarballs, if not we should probably).
