As usual now, here is the plan for dt 4.0:
- release- T0: July 2nd
- code freeze- T0-10 : June 22rd - start create binaries
- string freeze - T0-22 : June 10th - finalize translations
- feature freeze - T0-31 : June 1st - only code fix
- safe mode - T0-45 : mid-May
