[darktable-dev] plan for 3.8.1

Hello! Just a quick note about 3.8.1. There is no more PR/issues open for this corrective release. It seems now quite stable so I plan creating the tarball on next Wed (Feb 9th). So except if there is a very important PR to fix a crash all other work will be for 4.0 now. Thanks to all involved
