*ps -ef* only shows /xterm /instances that are created by the window
manager, not those created by sshd - at least, not with the name "xterm".

This seems to be due to a bug of fsync(). Cygwin's fsync()
flushes the console input buffer unlike linux.
I will propose a patch for this issue.
