cygwin 1.3.6-6, camp 1.3.20, unable to start apache

Hi, I've recently installed cygwin 1.3.6-6 on a Windows NT machine (SP 5). I've downloaded CAMP 1.3.20 and installed this from root (/). Issuing /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl start, gives me the following error: Syntax error on line 267 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load /usr/loc
