trouble compiling openssh on cygwin

I am trying to compile openSSH on cygwin to incorporate a syntax highlighting patch: https://github.com/mxtommy/Cisco-SSH-Client I could not compile with the patch, I can not compile a fresh copy without the patch applied either. I have provided links to the ./configure and make ssh output. Vers

I assure you I did not edit anything from my output. It is exactly as it appears on the screen, I only copied and pasted.ssh I am also using the OpenSSH src as you described, and those are the outputs I got. I apologize, but I am next to ignorant on this subject (compiling, sources, patching). C
