Hi all,
A couple of questions I wanted root privleges on my user account
within cygwin, so I simply changed the user and group numbers in
/etc/passwd to 0:0. Now, I have set up SSHD to allow for remote logins,
I would prefer user account privlages. How do I go about setting up a
root user
Windows Services for Unix does not get updated very often, if ever. If
you phone microsoft about it they say it is just for migrating old unix
software to a windows environment.

I reckon it is not Spam itself that is blocking up the net, it is all
the bouncing programs and people visiting websites to try and
unsubscribe from the lists.
If you get spam, just delete it.

I don't know for sure either, but by the end of a day, it is not unusual
for me to see multiple instances of bash.exe within my task manager,
despite having closed them in windows. Therefore I don't think there is
windows->posix signal translation, just the other way around.
