perforce api for Cygwin 2001+

Hi, Does anyone know where I can get the perforce API (p4api.tar) for Cygwin with a perforce release date of 2001 or greater? Perforce has suspended official support of Cygwin (hopefully temporary) and removed entries greater than 2001 from their ftp server. Thanks, dave -- Unsubscribe info:
