Do Cygwin runs well on windows 2003 server??
If not , then when can we expect to have the new Solution.
I have a specific requirement of only emulating the Remsh and Rcp on a Win2K3 server.
Any help will be well appreciated.

I tried to Reinstall the Latest version of Cygwin1.5.5 on the web. It Installs
everything but in the last it gives an error message that cygwin cannot start as
cygwin1.dll could not be located.

I am very new to cygwin and I was wondering that there must be some kind
of mechanism (as mentioned above) which can help me achieve this goal.
I can implement this process but wondering if it is already implemented
so that I don't have to spend that much time.
Thanks a lot for quick reply.
Hi,
The make version installed in my cygwin is GNU make 3.81. Can someone tell
me how can I downgrade it to GNU make 3.80.
Thanks,

cygwin setup should not be aborted in between).
Normally, TCP connections stay alive for 2 hours before reset, so I guess
cygwin setup can just block on the TCP socket / connection rather than
going back to 0%.
