Running the newest setup.exe 2.218.2.8 seems to provide faulty postinstall
processing, as shown in the log I've attached. I've download from the nasa
site and the plantemirror.com site. The results are identical.
I choose to download to a local directory.
When complete, I get a message Download

One thing that seems to be an issue with this is that, if my pc isn't
networked (not connected to our lan), then cron works. Has anyone else
experienced this?
