setfacl(2.4.0) does not accept -x (-d is
accepted).
Looking at the source of setfacl.c, I believe a colon is missing after x
in
the opts string (const char *opts).

I have had the exact same issue since I updated cygwin some months
ago. I just updated now and still cannot start the X server. Very
annoying.
