Hello,
I just performed a cygwin update, one of the updated packages was ruby
2.0.0-p594-1.
However, Symantec Endpoint Protection, with definitions "Wednesday,
October 29, 2014 r1", detected
C:\cygwin64\lib\ruby\2.0.0\mathn\rational.so as Trojan.ADH and
automatically deleted it.
Is this a false

Test completed, it worked fine in my environment (although the file did need a
d2u prior to running). I generated all three primary keys and they

I once offered a Makefile patch to add a target to make stripped and
compressed binaries. Cristopher didn't like it, but I could offer it
again since I've kept it on a local branch.

I have found that terminfo is built such that it requires /usr/share
to be available but /usr/share isn't mounted by default. This causes
unexpected side effects of the terminal not responding properly
especially noticed when using the Backspace key. In my opinion either

Agreed. Do
I have encountered an inconsistency between cygwin's zip and unzip programs
that I think reflects a bug (or incomplete implementation) in unzip.
First, I am using the very latest release of cygwin 64 bit:
$ uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-6.1 yhbrent 1.7.32(0.274/5/3) 2014-08-13 23:06 x86_64 Cygwin
