For I while, I have been using mutt 1.5.18 for sending mails. I
compiled mutt myself, because I need imap-support, which is not
included in the Cygwin mutt package.
This worked fine for serveral weeks.
Now, since yesterday, when I try to open an imap mailfolder, mutt
tells me t

that sort names by state and list the name of state followed by name of
each person in that state. It's work in linux as expected but cygwin

Trying to do so result in the following error:

upgrade, using setup.exe, I started getting the following messages
anytime I run ImageMagick's 'montage':

I want to install cygwin on a Windows PC which doesn't have any internet
access, except that I can FTP files to it. Is it possible to get an
installation package that is self-contain?
