Problem with setup.exe v 2.194.2.22 and setup.ini

Hi I tried to upgrade to the latest release of cygwin. In order to do so, I have dowloaded the latest version of setup.exe as recommended. This new version is able to download the different package locally but when I want to install from my local directory I obtained the following error: setu
