No. The problem is just when the Win32Api Package
is updated, all my DirectX Libs. aso. will be overwritten.
As i want to use the standard CYGWIN dirs.
I put together the latest DirectX SDK ( Dec. 2005 ) for CYGWIN / Mingw :
