Hello cygwin users,
Some time ago i experienced a problem when compiling big programs under cygwin when
Windows after some time stops allowing you to run any more processes with one of the
following messages:
fork: Permission denied
Insufficient system resources exist to complete requested servi

FYI, I'm running cygwin on Win2K Pro and don't appear to have any memory
leaks, or any problems in general. My machine pretty much stays up 24/7 (I
do occasionally reboot out of force of habit.) I've got no personal FW, am
running AVG Anti Virus 6.0 and a pretty mixed bag of Windows services and
