One of my company's Windows 2003 servers had CYGWIN
and I think also openssh that came in CYGWIN on it.
I'm afraid I do not know much about CYGWIN. I am
trying to get the cygwin sshd server running to
send/receive files from remote servers via sftp. When
I try to sftp to this servers own ip, by
