Hello. Recently, I need to upgrade my cygwin version because my new QUALCOMM AMSS release should have higer cygwin DLL version. I remove older version of cygwin manually(there isn't uninstall program), and download setup.exe from www.cygwin.com site. I run the setup.exe and follow the insta
