In the future I will copy my working cygwin to cygwincya in case I need it

Apparently Norton antivirus is getting a false positive with rsync and wget.
I would really like to dump Norton AntiVirus but I have never found any AV
program to be very satisfactory. I would like the following:
1. 64-bit compatible (if the drivers ever show up I will migrate to xp64)

Actually I did read the FAQ and was not concerned about the norton
complaint about wget. However, the rsync complaint occurred when I was
syncing 2 local machines.
I will try the same rsync with a crossover cable (no internet) and see what
norton sez this weekend.

For about a week Norton 2005 on xp service pack 2 pops up with msg it has
blocked various worms and trojan horses from wget and rsync. I have run
cygwin for 4 or 5 years with no issues at all. Full scan by norton finds
nothing. I did install w3mir about 3 weeks ago on 1 machine about 4 weeks

I went to the exp 1.5.1-1 release because ls -lt was confused on size and
tar didn't work on big files; ls +tar worked fine but unzip was broken; went
back to current and unzip is fine.
