after the update from CYGWIN 1.7.1 to 1.7.2 (problem also still there
with 1.7.3)
gpg is not running for me any more, it gives the error
gpg: can't lock memory: Permission denied
Also using the option "--no-require-secmem" does not help.
Anybody else also seeing this, i.e. general p

mkpasswd -l and mkgroup -l. Filesystem is NTFS.
