Fix Cygwin's BUGGY AC
VS/VC 2010 (as well as VS/VC 2008) is still supported by Microsoft.
To my knowledge, 10.00.40219.386 is the latest linker available for
VS/VC 2010.
Where can I get a fixed linker for this supported product?
