I am a new user of cygwin in windows xp.
I want to run an executable program connected to cygwin.
I use the command chmod as ( [ugoa]*<[-+=]<[rwxXst]*|[ugo]>>+ write chmod
a+x /C/Program/flow)
But I dont get to the executable program. I receive this message:
