I am trying to install OpenTimer on Cygwin
I do below (saw some update on this in cygwin mailing list and so
using --host): --- Works fine
./configure --host=x86_64-w64-mingw32
and then below :

$ make
I went ahead modifying the

through cygwin, using standard steps "./configure", "make" , "make
