I have an executable using a DLL. The DLL is built using -g -pg.
Running the executable, however, does not produce a gmon.out. file.
Cygwin version is 1.7.33. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Well, actually, I take that back. Today I'm still having the same
issue. :frustrated:
If I ever figure it out I'll let you know. Maybe it's just Sublime Text
that is the issue and I'll just have to use something else.

I'm using the latest version of Cygwin in Windows XP. If I open a new
Cygwin Bash shell, and then just press the "&" key and then the TAB key,
the Cygwin Bash shell window freezes.
