I use it.
I prefer to avoid X dependencies for a variety of reasons (I
run the non-X-dependent version of RXVT also), although if
insight had to become X-dependent, it wouldn't be the end of
the world.

This should probably be asked on the Cygwin/X list (or even

I'm not currently using that particular version of VIM, but
you may need to simply escape the spaces:
set guifont=FontName\ With\ Spaces
