Hi,
As suggested, i tried asking ActiveState guys but that didn't work. :(
So i planned to ditch the ActiveState Perl :) and go with Cygwin's Perl.
Again encountered a similar error as present in my first post so i thought
of using 'perlrebase' as suggested by Reini. Still i am getting the s
