I am wondering whether there is a "losetup" utility inside cygwin so
that I can simulate a .img file to a loopback block device inside
cygwin...
Any comments are welcome!

Currently I built cygwin1.dll successfully using
cygwin-1.5.24-2-src.tar.bz2 on Cygwin on Windows. It is easy and just
./configure && make. Thanks!
My question is: Can I build cygwin1.dll on Linux (e.g., RHEL5 x86)?
Thanks!

Where to download an old verion cygwin?
e.g., I want to download cygwin 1.5.5 because I want to compile
cdrtools on cygwin 1.5.5 (not the latest cygwin 1.5.24 for some
reason).
Thanks!
