[ANNOUNCEMENT] libtool 2.4.6-5

The following packages have been uploaded to the Cygwin distribution: * libtool-2.4.6-5 * libltdl7-2.4.6-5 GNU libtool is a generic library support script. Libtool hides the complexity of using shared libraries behind a consistent, portable interface. This release has been rebuilt for GCC 6.4.

Request new Cmake release

Please release new Cygwin Cmake. Current version is 3.6.2 (Sep 2016), and since then 10 versions have dropped: v3.6.3 v3.7.0 v3.7.1 v3.7.2 v3.8.0 v3.8.1 v3.8.2 v3.9.0 v3.9.1 v3.9.2 Also current version may be causing some problems: http://github.com/Martchus/tageditor/issues/22#issuecomment-330
