Hi,
I've just performed a fresh install of the latest (2.2.1) Cygwin on 64-bit
Windows 7 and noticed 2 issues with the new version that I'd like to verify
whether or not they are bugs:

I used the following line in a Cygwin script:

where Reflect.xml was generated in the Macrium GUI.
This performed the backups just fine on our two Thinkpad Carbon X1

I do and the only sane way is to have a local mirror with exactly the
packages and versions that you are going to install and your own

It isn't "rsync Cygwin from IT".
Cygwin's default (or only) distribution method has a role to play in
this. Does anyone ever setup Cygw

Things are back to normal.
I cat svnroot/db/format and saw the line 'logical addressing' in the text file.
I edited out that line and put mode back to 444.
After that I was able to 'dump' and successfully 'load' a new database I
created with svnadmin create.
What put the 'logical addressing' in t

Hi,
On Windows 7, the setup program is able to remember last install
location. But on Windows 10 64 bit, the installation root is always
"c:\cygwin64", and the package location is always
"current_dir\cygwin64".
I think some register key is messed up?
