I have just updated the mingw-w64 cross compilers Cygwin 32bit and 64bit to mingw64-*-gcc-4.9.2-2. This version corrects the typo in the configure like for "--enable-fully-dynamic-string", mistakenly entered as "--enable-fully-dynamic-strings" in previous versions. This means an ABI break:
