This is a clean install of Cygwin
I'm just headed home from work right now, but I thought I would let you
know of a regression from 1.7.9. It appears the effect of this patch:

is no longer working in the current snapshot. I'll try to narrow it down

bash coreutils gzip perl sharutils
cut and paste the uuencode text below into a text file
Use uudecode as shown below

DaveK suggested is working.
It has fully resolved the issue with my Windows 7 machine + our lab
Win2K8 box (although we couldn't see the symptoms of the small window
size as the latency is so low, we could still see 0 WSF in tcpdump
mingw64-x86_64-headers-3.0b_svn4694-1 has been uploaded.

The headers have been updated to svn r4694.
