We're getting a number of bug reports that ssh has a hardcoded path to
/usr/X11R6/bin/xauth. As part of the X11 transition, xauth was moved to
/usr/bin, so ssh claims not to find it. A strings check on ssh does
indeed show such a path as

I'm trying to run an X11 application with Cygwin. I was able to compile this
X11 app, but look like X11 is not there, and when I try the command xlogo, I
get this error:
$ xlogo

This release is intended to fix only one issue: the recent release of
modular X made some file system changes such that rxvt could not find
its system-default settings file. Now it can.

The GNU libiconv package provides an iconv() implementation, for use on
systems which don't have one, or whose implementation cannot convert
from/to Unicode.
