What does your "/var/log/fetchmail.log" say?
Probably a permission problem.

the same path. The user entry takes precendence, to allow for the user
to customize a systemwide setting.

Hi,
I have Cygwin Install on a Machine with Windows 2003 Server 64bit, i
have fetchmail install too but i whant fetchmail to be running has a
service on the local system.
But when i tried to start the service, gives this error Win 32 error 1062.
Can someone help me solve this?

I am trying to compile gcc (and later ghdl) and it seems that certain files are
inaccessible to cygwin, while easily accessed from non-cygwin applications. I
installed another disk and formatted it FAT32 as a workaround right now, but
what might the problem be or where can I start researching this
