I manually removed the rxvt entry from installed.db and run the setup to
install/reinstall the rxvt without problem. What a strange setup error and a
learning experience!! I was close to giving up on this segmentation fault error.

I manually untared the cygwin, coreuils packages and got the commands back. But
I still cannot run the setup which gives me segmentation fault when
uninstalling rxvt. If there are no other way for me to stop rxvt from
uninstalling when running setup, I guess I will have to live with manually

rxvt seems to work with "rxvt.
