The CreateMemoryResourceNotification() function is not defined in libkernel32.a. It is, however, defined in the win32api includes (with _WIN32_WINNT=0x0501), which it correct. I've checked both 3.8 and the latest 3.9 versions of the win32api package and none of them exports the symbol. It stops th
