I can confirm its not an issue with cygrunsvr v1.13 as it works
perfectly here. However if you want to double check you can
do that from setup.exe by clicking multiple times on the cygrunsvr
option which will then cycle through the available versions.

No, of course you can set environment variables using getenv/putenv.
