I'm building cURL 7.70.0 from sources on OS X 10.9. I think it has
Xcode 7 (or maybe it is Xcode 6). Each source file compiled carries
this warning:

on macos, there is Apple transport security.
When i need to download the pac information to retrieve the proxy server,
programmatically, i can only do that
by disabling ATS via Info.plist key NSAppTansportSecurity.
Are there options in curl library, so i can avoid this Info.plist change and
Sorry I forgot to mention, I'm using debian buster on both the client and
server so the versions are curl 7.64.0-4+deb10u1 and openssh 1:7.9p1-10+deb10u2
