Did you guys try to reintall your Windows servers?
Or just run an update+validate on them?
I have got many friend who got the same problem with their CSGO client too, and
the solution wast ot verify the game files or reinstall them.

It has something to do with the forced dll's thing they added thats why a
completely fresh install might work. I'm having trouble getting my own
servers to work because of some custom plugins i'm testing out. When I
remove the plugins and run completely vanilla its fine.

I think you've misread "secure" for security, the update was fixing
VAC ("secure mode") not initializing correctly, not a security bug.

Update doesn't work for me too. However, if you make a clean install, it
works fine. Strange.

It did work for me but had to disable sourcemod and metamod plugin.
Change the name of your addons folder to something else and restart your
server. Hopefully Allied will have a snapshot fix soon.

I think both of these fixes (reinstalling or verifying, and disabling add
ons) were mentioned before this patch was released. It seems the update is
simply not working as advertised.

The addon signature checks shouldn't be enabled on dedicated servers, this
is a result of blocking server plugins on clients. It seems like they did
an #ifndef _LINUX to test if the engine is running on a client or not. Dumb.
