Considering the changes at Dell, rcbdrepo might not be the sub-domain we
want to use. I'll point it, and something more appropriate to the colo's
webserver. How about d.opencrowbar.org/sledghammer/ (for download)?

I was trying to do a fresh Crowbar install and hit a 404 on the sledgehammer
RPM. This may be related to changes from Dell. Should be easy to fix.
