[coreboot] 4.20 release preparations

Hi everyone, 2 months passed since last release and the 4.20 release is ahead of us. I'm starting with the release preparations on Monday, which means I'm going through the patches on Gerrit (also the merged ones) and see what could add some value to the release and what needs more documentation.
