Yes, you'll have to wait until it times out before you can log in again.
This is a bit annoying because you can't immediately reconnect after a
disconnect.

I got the following this morning when trying to connect to CGOS. It seems
that cgosGtp recovers from errors by quitting and reconnecting, but the
server has protected itself by closing the connection. Does my session on
CGOS eventually time out?
