Also please consider removing some EOL OS support before releasing 3.5.0, this
might require some discussion and voting.
For example, HADOOP-19489 proposes remove CentOS 7 support due to some native
library compatible issues.

JVM profile "jdk17+" has been added back in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-19540 which is activated by
default whenever JDK17+ is used.
