Your problem is only related to the Dashboard. The sink type display is
provided by the Dashboard and does not require calling the backend interface.

i try pull the source code, switch to tag 2.1.0-RC, and start the manager
and dashboard. but also got the same problem, no other data sink type about
clickhouse.
