This isn't an open source solution, but the University of Michigan
contracted with Kaltura a number of years ago for a campus wide solution.
Using some creating thinking, we've been able to adapt it to work pretty
well as an access platform for our archival media.

I have to express some general frustration here
I think it is very poor practice for ANY conference [stares at DLF] to open
registration before a final schedule of events / speakers / sessions is
distributed. Many of us have limited professional development funding and
need to base our choices
