Howdy Julian, Could you say a bit more about what you need to do? As Steve mentions, LCC and LCSH have very different purposes. A list that you'd get from stitching together the files you were looking at and a list of officially enumerated LCSH headings will look totally different. For starters,

The URl you cite, https://www.loc.gov/catdir/cpso/lcco/, is the Library of Congress Classification system, not the Library of Congress Subject Headings. The LCC is used to create call numbers. LCC and LCSH do not have good correspondence. If you are looking for LCSH, then you probably want h
