I am attempting to programmatically setup the tabs for a simple NSTextView
view. I need to have the entire NSTextView use the same tab stops. I set
the tabs with the following code:

I would like to create a transparent window that spans all the screens and
that handles mouse down events. Below is the code that I use to create my
transparent window. The transparent window gets created and display
successfully. However, mouse down events are not directed to the window.

Under 10.6.2 my program is throwing an exception when I call the
NSPredicateEditor method reloadCriteria. I do not see the behavior on earlier
releases of 10.6 or 10.5.
When the exception is thrown the stack is the following:
